E32D E32C Ex-Indonesian Citizen Visa

The E32D and E32C Ex-Indonesian Citizen Visa or Repatriation KITAS is a special type of residency permit designed for former Indonesian citizens who have lost their citizenship but wish to return to Indonesia.

These visas allow ex-WNIs to reside in Indonesia for an extended period, ranging from one to five years, depending on the visa type.

E32C Ex-Indonesian Citizen Visa
2 YEAR KITAS
The E32C Kitas provides a two-year stay, suitable for those wanting more time to reconnect with family, address personal matters, or explore business opportunities in Indonesia.

With this visa you can:
• Carry out activities related to business, meetings, or shopping including but not limited to checking goods at the office, factory, or production site of goods.
• Bring eligible family to live in Indonesia.
• Travel to and from Indonesia.
• Conducting activities related to tourism, and visiting friends or family.
• In addition to the electronic limited stay permit, the limited stay permit also has a physical card available at the immigration office.

With this visa you cannot:
• Staying in Indonesia over the period of your stay permit.

Visa Validity:
This visa must be used within 90 days from the date of issue.

Documents Requirement:
• Passport that is valid for at least 6 (six) months.
• A recent color photograph.
• Curriculum Vitae.
• Travel Itinerary.
• Proof of living expenses of at least USD $2000 or equivalent for the last 3 months period (including name, date of period, and balance account).
• Statement of commitment (see Additional Requirements below).
• Document that proves that the Foreigner has been an Indonesian citizen, among others:
– Identity card;
– Birth certificate;
– Family card;
– Passport of the Republic of Indonesia;
– Diploma, or
– House certificate.

Additional Requirements Based on KITAS Duration:

E32D – 1 Year Kitas
Submit a statement of commitment to complete one of the following within 90 days after entering Indonesia: purchase Indonesian government bonds, shares, or mutual funds in publicly listed companies in Indonesia worth US$15,000.

E32C – 2 Year Kitas:
No additional requirements.`
