2. Initial Deposit
Upon receiving a 10% deposit, we provide a formal sales agreement for signing.

3. Perform Due Diligence
We supply all the necessary documents to carry out your own independent Due Diligence.

4. Signing of Contracts
A Leasehold contract is created in English and Bahasa and can be signed remotely if required.

5. Payment Settlement
30% payment is made in Rupiah as per the contract terms to commence construction.

6. Construction Commence
Upon receiving payment, site works commence and materials are purchased for delivery.

7. Confirmation and Timeframe
A construction schedule is created with the estimate start and completion dates.

8. Construction Time
The timeframe for construction of this villa is 12-15 months from date of 30% payment.

9. Legal Work and Title Transfer
Leasehold rights are transferred to your entity to satisfy tax considerations on your investment.
