Please fill out the E31D Stepchild of Indonesian Citizen Application Form below and submit to us for review.
Once we have reviewed your application, we will require the following Documents.
Note: These documents can be uploaded with this application OR emailed to us at hello@discoverlombokproperty.com
• Passport that is valid for at least 6 (six) months.
• A recent color photograph.
• Proof of living expenses of at least USD $2000 or equivalent.
• Curriculum Vitae.
• Travel Itinerary.
• Family card of Indonesian parent.
• A birth certificate translated into Indonesian by a sworn translator, except written in English.
• Proof that parents have legally married, such as:
1) proof of report or registration at the Indonesian Mission or the authorized government agency in Indonesia and a marriage certificate that has been translated into Indonesian by a sworn translator except written in English, if the marriage is carried out abroad, or;
2) marriage book or certificate issued by the authorized government agency in Indonesia, if the marriage is carried out in Indonesia.
We recommend you apply for your Visa at least 3 weeks before your departure to Lombok.
