– Submission of incorrect or fraudulent documents.
– Failure to meet visa requirements as defined by Indonesian law.
– Blacklisting or other legal restrictions on the applicant.

Client-Initiated Cancellations:
Refunds are not provided if a client decides to cancel the service after payment has been made and the process has commenced.

Changes in Travel Plans:
Refunds will not be issued if your travel plans change after the visa application process has started, or if you no longer require the visa.

Processing Fees:
Administrative and processing fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, as they cover the operational costs of your application.

2. Exceptional Cases
Refunds may only be considered in extraordinary circumstances, such as:

If an application is not submitted due to a verifiable error on our part.

Government Closure or Policy Change:
If the Indonesian government implements unexpected changes that completely invalidate your application eligibility after payment and before submission.

In these cases, refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to deductions for services already rendered.

3. Force Majeure
No refunds will be issued for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government-imposed travel restrictions.

4. Acknowledgment and Agreement
By engaging our services and making payment, you acknowledge and accept this refund policy. We encourage clients to ensure all documents and requirements are in order before proceeding with payments.
